The books published by the publishing house “Russky Yazyk” Kursy take the notable place in the market of the textbooks on teaching Russian as a foreign language.
Our textbooks, grammar books, educational dictionaries, manuals on oral speech and business communication, books on culturology, readers, and teachers’ books on teaching Russian as a foreign language are well known among the teachers and students. Our books are widely used in the teaching process all over Russia and abroad.
The publishing house has issued more than 150 titles of textbooks. The authors of these books are well known professors and scholars representing the leading scientific and methodological schools like Moscow State University named after Lomonosov, Russian University of People’s Friendship, St.Petersburg State University, Institute of Teachers of Russian Language and the institutes of Slavic studies abroad.
The teaching complex “Invitation to Russia” by E.L.Korchagina and the corrective course on the Russian language and culture “Moscow… Russia… Speech and images” by V.V.Vorobyov were awarded with the gold medals of All Russian Exhibition Center.
Of special importance is the teaching literature published by the publishing house in 2002, 2003 and 2004 within the framework of the federal program “Russian language for the children of compatriots living abroad.” The series “Learning Russian with Mom” was continued in the following years.
